1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is AMD Systems Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Podgórze 11/28, 61-749 Poznań, Poland, NIP (tax ID) 7822410093, KRS (company no.) 0000291215 (the "Controller"). Contact for all matters concerning personal data: biuro[at]amdsystems.pl. The Controller has not appointed a data protection officer.

2. What data we process and for what purposes

a) Contact form, e-mail, phone. We process the data provided in the form (first name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, address — if you provide it, e.g. for the purpose of quoting work at your premises — and the content of your message) in order to handle your enquiry, prepare an offer and conduct correspondence. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest — communication with persons contacting the Controller).

b) Conclusion and performance of a contract. If we enter into cooperation, we process data in order to conclude and perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to comply with legal obligations, in particular tax and accounting obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

c) Recruitment ("Careers" section). We process candidates' data for recruitment purposes — to the extent set out in Article 22¹ of the Polish Labour Code (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR), and, for data provided additionally on the candidate's own initiative, on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Subject to separate consent, data may also be processed for future recruitment, for no longer than 12 months.

d) Own marketing. If you give your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), the e-mail address you provide may be used to send information about the Controller's services. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

e) Technical data (logs, cookies). When you use the website, technical data are collected automatically (IP address, browser and device type, referring page address, date and time of the visit) — in order to ensure security, the proper functioning of the website and statistics (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). See section 8 (Cookies) for details.

3. Data recipients

Recipients of the data may include: the website and e-mail hosting provider (home.pl S.A., with its registered office in Szczecin, Poland), IT service providers, an accounting office (for data related to contracts) and entities authorised to obtain data under the law. We conclude data processing agreements with entities that process data on our behalf.

4. Transfers of data outside the EEA

The Controller's website and e-mail are hosted on servers located within the European Economic Area. The Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries (outside the EEA) or to international organisations.

5. Data retention

Data from the contact form and correspondence — for the time needed to handle the matter, and then for no longer than 12 months from the end of the correspondence. Data related to contracts — for the duration of their performance, and then for the periods required by tax and accounting regulations (as a rule, 5 years from the end of the tax year) and until the expiry of the limitation periods for claims. Recruitment data — until the end of the recruitment process and, with the candidate's consent, for up to 12 months for future recruitment. Data processed on the basis of consent — until its withdrawal. Data processed on the basis of legitimate interest — until an effective objection is raised.

6. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, have it rectified or erased, restrict its processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest (including marketing), and withdraw consent at any time. Please send requests to: biuro[at]amdsystems.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland, www.uodo.gov.pl).

7. Voluntary provision of data and automated decisions

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to handle your enquiry, conclude a contract or take part in recruitment. Data are not used for automated decision-making, including profiling producing legal effects.

8. Cookies

The website does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies — we do not use analytics, marketing or profiling cookies, which is why the website does not display a consent banner. If tools using cookies other than strictly necessary ones are implemented in the future, they will be used only with your consent, and this policy will be updated.

9. Security

The Controller applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption of data transmission (SSL/TLS), to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

10. Links to other websites

The website may contain links to external websites which operate independently of the Controller and have their own privacy policies, which we recommend you read.

11. Changes to this policy

The Controller may update this policy, in particular in the event of changes in the law or in the scope of processing. The current version is always available on the website. This version is effective as of 13 July 2026.
